I've been writing notes to myself since I was a teenager. Somewhere along the way, I realized the thoughts worth keeping were also worth sharing.

I co-founded SkipUp. Before that, I spent a decade at HappyCo, where I joined as employee number six and eventually led product — scaling the company from its earliest days through a decade of growth.

Before HappyCo, I ran a product development consultancy that took me across industries — SaaS, proptech, fintech, and a few others I didn't expect. And before all of that, I traded. Prop trading, high-frequency trading, equities floors. I've always been drawn to things with risk — understanding how markets move, when to act, when to wait.

The thread connecting all of it: I like building things from zero, figuring out what works, and writing down what I learn along the way. This site is where I think out loud.
